These terms govern your application to and participation in the VOYO Phuket programme. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are 18 years or older.

A deposit of one month's programme fee secures your place and is credited against your first month. Balances are due monthly in advance. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund; later cancellations are refunded at our discretion.

Participants must hold valid travel and health insurance for the full duration of their stay and comply with Thai law, visa conditions and the house rules of the accommodation property.

VOYO Phuket may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to your stay.
